Our work with Confia Financial focused on revolutionizing the cannabis industry through innovative digital solutions by creating the first banking solution for the cannabis industry. We orchestrated two ground-breaking product launches, including the design and development of user and admin dashboards, along with a cutting-edge mobile app. These comprehensive solutions resulted in a 50% increase in user acquisition.

We led the entire design process, from concept to production, ensuring that each element was user-focused and aligned with Confia’s business goals. Our efforts included conducting user interviews, usability testing, and market research to validate design concepts and improve user-experience by 25%.

Mobile App Designs

Confia Web App Design

The Confia Financial project demonstrated our ability to deliver impactful digital products in a highly regulated industry. By focusing on user needs and value add, we created dashboards and mobile applications that were intuitive and easy to navigate.

Our agile approach allowed us to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. The end result was a set of digital tools that not only met industry compliance standards but also provided a seamless user experience, driving growth and engagement in a competitive yet fairly new market in the U.S. and Canada.
