At Blueshore Financial, we focused on delivering intuitive and user-friendly digital tools to enhance customer experiences. We successfully designed and optimized the UX/UI for both a Foreign Exchange Calculator tool and a Financial Wellness Tool. These enhancements led to a 40% increase in tool adoption and a 25% decrease in support requests, highlighting the positive impact of our user-first approach.
Our work involved conducting thorough user research, including interviews and usability testing, to understand customer needs and pain points. We translated these insights into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, resulting in a more seamless and effective user experience.
