At Jesta I.S., we led the transformation of a legacy Oracle Forms application into a modern, responsive Blazor web application. The project focused on modernizing an existing ERP system to enhance user experience and streamline cross-platform compatibility.
A key achievement was creating a comprehensive design system that unified branding and theming across the platform as well as the enterprise solutions; resulting in a clean and easy to navigate UI. We conducted user research and facilitated brainstorming sessions to ensure the designs met both business and user needs.
Our team took a user-centric approach by conducting extensive usability testing and iterating on feedback. By integrating these insights into the design and development process, we expedited the development cycle and improved overall user satisfaction.
Utilizing agile methodologies, we fostered collaboration among cross-functional teams, allowing for iterative improvements and efficient delivery of project milestones. The result was a scalable, future-ready solution that elevated the overall user experience and operational efficiency at Jesta I.S.
